Designed and shipped a three-layer agentic AI platform on Azure AI Foundry using hybrid RAG architecture. Layer 1 (live): natural language product knowledge for 150+ Fortune 500 enterprise customers. Layer 2: MCP Server integration for configuration awareness. Layer 3: intelligent test result analysis and recommendations.
Created an in-flight cloud migration upgrade capability that became RiverMeadow's flagship product. Delivered automated migration tools processing 1,000+ workload migrations at 98% success rate for Fortune 1000 customers. Drove 3× customer base growth through product-market fit work and strategic partnerships with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Launched a Platform-as-a-Service offering for web and database hosting that grew to $5M+ ARR within 18 months. Built and shipped a mobile device management platform supporting 100,000+ endpoints across iOS, Android, and Windows for 125,000+ enterprise users.
